These small plans are intended to provide people with homes that pull out all the stops in sustainability: SIP panels, passive and active solar, sustainable materials, led lighting, motion and timer switches, on-demand hot water, etc. The first plans will be available September 2008.

First plan will be 1,048 sq ft, 2 br 2 bath, built with SIP panels, pv solar, passive solar, led lighting, timer and motion switches, on-demand hot water, etc. Basically pulling out the stops on sustainable features and details.
