Locali Conscious Convenience is the first eco and health friendly convenience store to enter the marketplace. Our retail space features reclaimed wood cabinets, Title 24 energy efficient lighting, compost recycling, free reverse osmosis water and a litany other incredible environmentally aware elements.
LOCALI offers Slow Foods at Your Convenience. Locali literally translates into "community" in Italian. In this spirit, we are committed to delivering organic products, which are fair trade and whenever possible locally produced.
The health of our customers, our community and the planet is our utmost concern. You will find no trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, refined sugars or genetically modified products on our shelves.
We plan to provide fresh, delicious eats from local small farms, ranches, dairies, food manufacturers and artisans in a fun, affordable way.
All of our wines and beers are organic, sustainably and/or bio-dynamically produced.
We are a green business, committed to using recyclable and biodegradable materials.
We are located at 5825 Franklin Avenue in Los Angeles,California.
Our construction has begun and we are set to open this October 2008.
Our design and construction is being conducted by MASS Architecture & Design.
